Recently, weve focused on consumer privacy, litigating with Google over its interception and scanning of message to Gmail users. These efforts resulting in 875 settlements in 2016 and, in a settlement that already has received the federal court's preliminary approval, Google's agreement to stop intercepting messages for it's own commercial purposes entirely.
